Three threads converge in how I approach real estate: a decade of military service, hands-on practitioner experience as a landlord and investor, and an unusually broad lived experience of the Chicago and North Shore communities I now serve.
Practice.
Before I represented clients, I was a landlord and property manager. I bring that practitioner's perspective to every real estate conversation — reading the same numbers and walking the same properties from the inside.

I've lived across Chicago and the North Shore — nearly a dozen Illinois neighborhoods. I don't just know the listings; I know the neighborhoods, because I've walked their streets and met their neighbors.
